Your initial meeting with us is an informal chat - no need to prepare. We’ll discuss your business, your challenges and concerns, and your goals. If you already know what you need - whether it's contracts, compliance audit, resolving staff issues, or something else - feel free to bring that up.

After our conversation, we’ll conduct a ‘HR Health Check’ to assess your needs. Within 5 business days, we’ll provide tailored recommendations and a clear, detailed quote (if it's more urgent - just let us know).

Quote and Service Agreement:
Fixed pricing, no surprises

After our initial chat and 'HR Health Check', we’ll provide a detailed quote tailored to your business needs. This will outline exactly what services we’ll deliver and the costs involved - so there are no surprises.

If you’re ready to move forward, you’ll sign a simple service agreement confirming the scope of work.

As well as providing a fixed price quote for one off 'projects', we also offer ongoing monthly support without locking you in.

Getting Started:

Once you’ve approved the quote and signed the service agreement, we’ll get to work.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in HR, a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, and an ICF Professional Coaching Certification, I help small and medium size businesses deal with the tricky stuff: staff issues, employment contracts, making sense of awards, compliance, hiring, terminations, and all the grey areas in between.

I keep things practical, clear, and tailored to how your business actually works - a simple approach and straight forward solutions.

I’ve worked with businesses across a range of industries and have seen firsthand how the right HR support can transform a business. I’m here to help you build a team that’s engaged, productive, and aligned with your goals.
