How it works

1

Initial Meeting:
What to Expect

Your initial meeting with us is an informal chat - no need to prepare. We’ll discuss your business, your challenges and concerns, and your goals. If you already know what you need - whether it's contracts, compliance audit, resolving staff issues, or something else- feel free to bring that up.

After our conversation, we’ll conduct a ‘HR Health Check’ to assess your needs. Within 5 business days, we’ll provide tailored recommendations and a clear, detailed quote (if it's more urgent - let us know).

No strings attached, no sales speech, no pressure.

2

Quote and Service Agreement:
Fixed pricing, no surprises

After our initial chat and 'HR Health Check', we’ll provide a detailed quote tailored to your business needs. This will outline exactly what services we’ll deliver and the costs involved - so there are no surprises.

If you’re ready to move forward, you’ll sign a simple service agreement confirming the scope of work. There are no lock-in contracts, retainers, or ongoing commitments.

We provide the HR support you need - when you need it.

3

Getting Started:
Action & Implementation

Once you’ve approved the quote and signed the service agreement, we’ll get to work.

  • We’ll schedule a follow-up chat to go over the plan and what to expect.

  • Whether it’s drafting contracts, conducting a compliance audit, or resolving staff issues, we’ll begin implementing the agreed services.

  • You’ll receive regular updates so you know exactly where things stand.

We make the process smooth and stress-free, so you can focus on running your business with confidence.
